Mr. Charlie Lee Appleton passed away Monday, April 8, 2019, at Merit Health River Region. He was 67.

Funeral Services will be noon Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday from 1 to 7p.m.
