Bond has been set at $200,000 for an Edwards man accused in a May 13 running gunfight on Drummond Street.
Keyuadre Futlz, 21, turned himself in to Vicksburg police Tuesday, police Sgt. Curtis Judge said. His bond was set by Judge Angela Carpenter at an initial appearance Wednesday in Municipal Court.
Edwards was wanted by police on a charge of drive-by shooting in connection with the gunfight, which involved to vehicles.
The gunfight began about 12:18 p.m. May 13 at Drummond and Bowmar Avenue when what was described as a small white car began chasing a small silver pickup, with the occupants of the vehicles exchanging gunfire.
The chase ended on Forest Street when the truck wrecked and the two occupants fled on foot in the direction of National Street. Witnesses said the car drove off at a high rate of speed on Drummond in the direction of Lee Street.
Fultz is suspected of being the driver of the car involved in the incident.
