Kathleen Virginia Rouse

Kathleen Virginia Rouse passed away on Aug. 13, 2019. She was 85.

Mrs. Rouse was born on Oct. 30, 1933, the daughter of James Henry and Zona Pearl Humphrey Chunn.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard W. Rouse; son, Paul Rouse and brothers, James Chunn and Johnny Chunn.

She is survived by her sons, Danny Rouse (Becky) of Edwards and Mike Rouse (Debbi) of Morton; daughter, Gloria Culkin of Brandon; sister, Carolyn Lear of Conroe, Texas; grandchildren, Tim Christmas, Dawn Cole, Karie Rouse, Gene Rouse, Brandy Harvey, Justen Rouse, Logan Rouse, Amanda Stubbs and Crystal Rouse; 19 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16, 2019, at Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Tony Monk officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the hour of the service. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tim Christmas, Justen Rouse, Gene Rouse, Logan Rouse, Tanner Culbertson and Eric Ashley.  Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Sones, Mike Harvey, Ben Christmas and the staff of Belmont Gardens.
