Lillian Phillips Shelby of Vicksburg passed away Tuesday, Aug. 27, at Merit Health River Region following a lengthy illness.  She was 50.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 20, in the Chapel of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home. Interment shall follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Roma Jewel Phillips; and her brother George Riley and husband William Shelby.

She is survived by her brother, Henry Earl Phillips Jr. of Vicksburg; and her sisters, Sonya Ross, Irene Winters, Annette Phillips and Yvonne Riley, all of Vicksburg
