Moses Michael Ellis transitioned this life on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019 at University Medical Center in Jackson. He was 23.

There will be a public visitation on Friday, Nov. 15, 2019 at CJ Williams Mortuary Services from 3-6 p.m. with family present from 5-6 p.m.

There will be a private service by “Invitation Only” for family and close friends. Following Moses’ services, he will be transported to his final resting place at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Moses was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and he was an excellent basketball player.

He leaves to mourn his transitioning, his mother, Jacqueline Lewis; his father, Anthony Ellis; one sister Denedra (Recco) Nelson; one brother Shandrick Lewis; one half brother, Malcolm Ellis; his maternal grandmother, Lizzie Mae Lewis; paternal grandmother, Vergie Ellis; two nieces, Alexis Rader, Destiny Johnson; one nephew, David Rader III; one great-nephew, Brayden Linzy; his loving companion, Ka’Deidra Johnson; two aunts, Ledora Saints, Doris Lewis; and a host of other relatives and friends.
