The Vicksburg Police Department is investigating multiple auto burglaries that occurred Monday.
In a release from the department, officers responded to two separate reports of auto burglary, one at Magnolia Manor Apartments and the other at a home on Court Street.
Just before 8 a.m., officers responded to a home on Court Street, where a complainant reported a Gucci purse, credit cards and checks were taken.
At the report at Magnolia Manor Apartments, 3515 Manor Drive, officers took a report from a complainant who said sunglasses, a phone charger and money was missing.
Officers also responded Monday morning to a report of shots fired in the vicinity of Natchez Avenue.
When officers responded, they found no activity in the area and found no evidence of shots being fired.
