James C. Hull

James C. Hull passed away at his home Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020, at the age of 77.

He was the third son of the late James Redmond and Tina Keyes Hull.

James was a retired member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union No. 619. He traveled around to numerous states for 40 years, working as a pipefitter/welder. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving on a G-5 icebreaker in the Antarctic.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 26 years, Linda Smith Hull and a baby sister.

James loved traveling, flying his plane, scuba diving, riding his motorcycles, horses, and reading his Bible.

He is survived by one son, Dustin Carl Hull of Jackson; two brothers, Greg Hull Sr. and Dale Hull; and one sister, Tina Hull Stubbs (Randy), all of Vicksburg.

He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends he has kept in touch with from Jett High School.

There will be a graveside service Thursday, Jan. 9, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery with pastor Robert Andrews officiating.

The family requests memorials be made to St. Jude for a charity of your choice.
