Sterling Ivory

A celebration of life has been scheduled for Sterling Ivory Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Mr. Ivory will lie repose at the church from 1 p.m. until the hour of service.
Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 28, 2020, at C J Williams Mortuary Services from 1-7 p.m. with family present from 5-7 p.m.
Mr. Ivory was a retired truck driver for over 65 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Ivory; his parents, John Williams and Fronan Williams, Sterling Ivory Jr., Michael Reed, Dave Williams, James Reed and his son-in-law Elijah Griffin.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories his daughters, Annie (Johnny) Reynolds, Elizabeth Griffin, Ivory Jean Reed, Cheryl Patton; his brothers, Clinton (Ruth) Williams, Henry Williams, Houston (Flora) Williams; three sisters, Georgia Reed, Elise (Robert) Miller, Bernice Williams; 11 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Sterling’s final resting place will be at Locust Grove Cemetery.
