Parking lot at Vicksburg National Military Park to temporarily close

The Clay Street entrance to the Vicksburg National Military Park will be closed beginning Thursday at 7 p.m. until noon Friday to allow for striping of the main parking lot.
Pedestrians may still enter the park on foot to access the paths throughout the park, but are asked to stay away from painting operations and freshly painted areas.
