Forever Beautiful. The beautiful Linda Faye Brown was born May 7, 1964, to the proud parents of Walter and Mildred Bell Sr. in Tallahatchie County. Faye passed away on July 16, 2020, at 1 p.m. She transitioned to be with the Lord in the arms of her husband with her children and grandchildren looking on while listening to her mother’s words of encouragement on the phone.
Faye is survived by her husband, Jeremaine Brown Sr.; children, LaSharon Bell, Cedric Douglas Jr., Jeremaine Brown Jr., and Faith Brown; mother, Mildred Bell; mother- and father-in-law Pastor Elijah and Shirley Brown; siblings, Walter Bell Jr. (Mary), Annette Morris (Decon), Walter Michael Williams (Jessica), Yvonne Newton (Lawrence), Janet Bell, Nathaniel Bell (Teresa), Don Bell (LaQuita), Gerald Bell, Ken Bell (Renee), Jamaal Bell (Tiffany), Brian Bell, Maxine Cooper, Keith Cooper and Eric Cooper; grandchildren, Larsen Bell, Lauren Ray and Lindie Ray; sister-in-law, Arnitra Hunter, and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. Faye is preceded in death by her father, Mr. Walter Bell Sr.
Faye was truly a woman of God that believed in service to humanity. She personified her walk with God and carried herself as a virtuous woman. She impacted the lives of those she came in contact with her loving smile, her words of encouragement, her willingness to serve others, and her generous heart.
A graveside service is scheduled for July 25, 2020, at 10 a.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Pastor Elijah Brown, Mount Olive M.B. Church in Lorman, will officiate the ceremony and Pastor Stevie Duncan, Living Word Baptist Church, Vicksburg, will eulogize.
