Mr. Tyree Jackson, 69, passed away on Oct. 26, 2020, in Los Angeles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Evan Tyree Fields and Thelma Jackson; his wife, Marie Love Jackson; and daughter, Rhonda Love.

Tyree was a 1969 graduate of Rosa A. Temple High School. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in social science in 1973 from Alcorn State University.

He is survived by his three sons, Tyrone (Joanne) Love of Los Angeles, Adrian Jackson and Derrick (Toya) Shorter all of Vicksburg; three daughters, Shamaine Love and Shanay Thomas both of Los Angeles, and Dr. Tonya (Leandrew) Drake of Vicksburg; one sister, Margaret J. Richardson of Vicksburg; one brother, James A. (Artia) Jackson of Vicksburg; and a host of grandchildren, other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 6, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home with Dr. Michael Reed Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, from 1 until 5 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.
