Celebration of Life was held for Roosevelt Parker Sr. Tuesday, Dec. 28 at Greater Grove Street Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Roosevelt Parker transitioned on Dec. 21 at the age of 71. Services were provided by C J Williams Mortuary Services.
