Hinds Community College’s Elizabeth Wooten was named the Intercollegiate Tennis Association’s Assistant Coach of the Year for Region III.

Wooten is a Vicksburg native and Warren Central alum who is in her first year on Hinds’ coaching staff. She also played at Hinds from 2019-21.
