The high school teams played prior to the NBA game later in the evening between the New Orleans Pelicans and Sacramento Kings. It was part of the Pelicans’ “Court of Dreams” experience, which allows high school teams to play on the NBA team’s court in the afternoon and then attend a game afterward.

The Pelicans beat the Kings 129-93 on Monday. Brandon Ingram hit all five of his 3-pointers and led all scorers with 31 points, and Zion Williamson dominated the paint by scoring 26 points on 12-for-16 shooting to power the Pelicans.
