The Hinds Community College Foundation recognized 2023-2024 Utica Campus scholarship recipients, donors and other honorees at a reception on Nov. 16.

Among those being honored are: Carleedia Littleton of Jackson, who received the Hinds AHS Class of 1966 Scholarship, presenting Littleton with her scholarship were Gerard Collins of Vicksburg; Mabel Beecham of Jackson and Shirley Carter Wright of Jackson. Then Genesis Cannon of Florence, who was presented with the Zan Marikia Mack Memorial Scholarship, Edith Peoples of Edwards, Willie Williams of Vicksburg, and Zan Peoples presented Cannon with her scholarship. Finally Jamon Jefferson of Vicksburg, was presented with the Uticia Campus National Alumni Endowed Scholarship, presenting Jefferson with his scholarship were members of the Utica Campus National Alumni Association.
