Christine Hall Jackson

Christine Hall Jackson, a Vicksburg resident, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Nov. 30, 203, in her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was 90.

She was a retired registered nurse and had worked in the home healthcare field. She had attended Bethlehem M. B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Clara Hall; her son, Jessie “June Bug” Johnson; her brothers, Charlie Hall, Percy Hall, Stacey Hall, Henry Hall, Eugene Hall, and Joe Louis Hall; and her sisters, Gloria Hall Flynn Cooper, Shirley Hall, Frankie Hall, Virginia Anderson and Stella Hall.

She is survived by her husband, James W. Jackson of Clinton, MS; her son Alex J (Scooby) Jackson of Vicksburg; her daughter, Virginia Jackson Cole of Chicago, IL,; eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends and relatives.
