The Rev. Dr. Silas James Jr. passed away on Nov. 24, 2023.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, Dec. 8, at 10:45 a.m. at Allen Metropolitan C.M.E. Church in Chicago.

There will be a visitation on Friday, Dec. 8, at 10 a.m. at the church.
