GALLERY: Caroling Contest showcases vocal talents

Finals of the 18th annual V105.5 Caroling Contest were held Friday, Dec. 15, at the Vicksburg Convention Center.

More than 50 entrants vied for spots in the finals, and the top scorers from each of nine divisions were chosen to perform and compete for more than $10,000 in prizes. Winners include:

  • Division 5 Adult Group or Choir — Vicksburg Chamber Choir.
  • Division 6 Adult Soloist/Duets — Tim Goodson.
  • Division 1 Lower Elementary — Bovina Elementary.
  • Division 7 Young Soloist — Belle Spires.
  • Division 9 Upper Teen Soloist/Duets — Jonah Wade.
  • Division 8 Lower Teen Soloist/Duets — Cara Gray.
  • Division 4 High School — Warren Central Total Sound.
  • Division 2 Upper Elementary — Warren Central Intermediate.
  • Division 3 Junior High School — Academy of Innovation 7th Grade Treble Choir.
