RAYMOND –  The Hinds Community College Raymond Campus is having Preview Day for high school seniors Fri., Feb. 2,  from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Hinds CC officials said Preview Day gives area seniors an opportunity to learn what Hinds Community College has to offer among workforce and academic pathways at its six Mississippi locations, including its Vicksburg campus.

Participants should check in at Cain-Cochran Hall, where they will get a tour of the campus guided by members of the student public relations and recruiting group, Hinds Connection.

The tour will end in Mayo Gym, where there will be an Expo at which each academic and workforce department will have a booth that highlights their department’s programs and curriculum. There will also be representatives from student clubs and organizations. 

Recruiters, faculty and staff will also be in attendance to meet and greet students and show them areas of study from each department and point them in the right direction for financial aid, housing, and other aspects of attending college at Hinds.
