VPD asking for assistance in locating missing Vicksburg teen

Kayleigh Lynn Nevels has been reported missing (submitted photo).

The Vicksburg Police Department (VPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing Vicksburg teenager.

VPD official said 15-year-old Kayleigh Lynn Nevels was last seen Saturday at approximately 4:50 p.m. at 101 Allendale Drive.

Nevels is 5”3 and weighs approximately 188 pounds. She was last seen wearing gray jogging pants, white and blue Clarks shoes, and a black jacket.

Anyone with any any information, or knowing the whereabouts of Nevels, is asked to call VPD at 601-636-2511.
