Warren Central’s Lilli Feibelman is The Post’s Athlete of the Week

Lilli Feibelman aced the competition in The Vicksburg Post’s Athlete of the Week contest.

The Warren Central tennis player was an overwhelming winner in this week’s online poll of The Post’s readers, receiving 5,574 of the 5,488 votes cast.

Tallulah Academy baseball player J.T. McDaniel finished second, with 339 votes. Porter’s Chapel Academy baseball player Chase Hearn was third, with 230 votes, and St. Aloysius track athlete Samantha Edwards was fourth.

Feibelman won three matches to lead the Vikings to three team victories last week. She won singles matches against Natchez and Columbus, and teamed with Sydney Sullivan to win a girls doubles match vs. Morton. Feibelman lost a total of three games in six sets.
