Officials with the City of Vicksburg said Wednesday evening they have been made aware of water issues in several areas across town and are asking for the public’s patience as they address the problem.

“We have some low water issues in the area due to a water main that runs across (county) in the area of Clay and Old 27, East Clay, North Frontage Road, Haley’s Point area, Honeysuckle (Lane) and 61 North area,” officials said. “It will be daylight in the morning of the 11th before we can get to the area to locate (the) water leak. Please be patient.”
