Lessie Tribble Tucker passed away Monday, April 2, in the Select Specialty Hospital in Jackson, following a brief illness. She was 86.

She attended Mt. Pilgrim M. B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Lee and Amanda Tribble; husband, Charles Tucker; sons, Larry Tribble and Johnnie Lee Tucker; and brother, Paul Tribble.

She is survived by a son, Michael Tucker of Vicksburg; daughters, Shelia Tribble and Diane Jenkins; sisters, Mary Epps and Alice Jean Tribble-Clay, both of Chicago; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and others.

Funeral services for Lessie Tribble Tucker are to be held Saturday, April 13, at Pleasant Valley M. B. Church at noon with the Rev. Joe Harris officiating.

Interment will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 12, in the funeral home from 5 until 6 p.m.
