A Vicksburg man was taken into custody Tuesday by Vicksburg Police Department (VPD) in connection with a nearly one-year-old burglary.

“Jason Griggs, 44, of Vicksburg was arrested Tuesday, April 16, 2024, charged with commercial burglary,” VPD said in a statement. “He was sought in connection with the burglary of McKenzie’s Beauty Supplies, 5 Pemberton Place, on
Wednesday, April 26, 2023.”

Griggs appeared before Judge Angela Carpenter in Vicksburg Municipal Court Wednesday, where his bond was set at $7,500 and he was bound over to the Warren County Grand Jury.
