Warren Central sprinter Adria Burrell won the girls’ 100 and 200 meters, and was second in the 400 and 4×200 meter relay, at the MHSAA Region 2-6A track and field meet on Thursday.

Burrell, a junior, clocked a time of 12.33 seconds in the 100 meters and 25.64 seconds in the 200 meters. She advanced to the Class 6A North State meet in both events, as well as the 400 and 4×200 relay.

The Class 6A North State meet is April 27 at Center Hill High School. The Class 6A state meet is May 4 at Pearl High School.
