The downtown Vicksburg mural affectionately known as ‘Sprite Boy’ is getting a facelift and artist Quinn McClung says his work
is on track to be finished in as early as a few weeks, depending on the weather.

McClung said, while he has personally done all of the painting for the mural’s new look, his employer Stuart Green, owner of DIMCO Inc. in Vicksburg, has provided the funding and man hours to make the new artwork possible.

The “Sprite Boy” mural is located on the north wall of 61 South coffee shop and The Attic Gallery.
