Port Gibson track and field athlete Amari Trevillion won the MHSAA Class 3A girls’ championship at the state meet on May 7. The eighth-grader clocked a time of 59.23 seconds and won her second consecutive state title.

Port Gibson totaled 46 points and finished fourth in the Class 3A girls team standings.
