Attorney Dulaney-Brown welcomed to River City with traditional book signing

Monday morning, attorney Caleb Edward Dulaney-Brown took part in a rite of passage for new lawyers practicing in Warren County when he signed his name into a book recording the names of practicing lawyers dating back to the 1800s.

Dulaney-Brown contributed his John Hancock as the Warren County Circuit Clerk met with the Grand Jury pool and he was welcomed by Circuit Court Judge James Chaney Jr.

Dulaney-Brown is a native of Corinth, Miss., who was raised in Hattiesburg and recently moved to Vicksburg to be closer to family. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in international studies with a minor in Mandarin Chinese in 2014. He then graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Dulaney-Brown also attended Cambridge University: Downing College, as well as the Hague Academy of International Law.

During his time in law school, Dulaney-Brown was elected senator of the Student Bar Association, served as a senior editor of the Mississippi Journal of Space Law and a managing editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Review, elected as a sitting member of the Honor Council, elected secretary, and later president, of the Gorove Society of International Law, elected as education chair of the Black Law Student Association and participated as a staff member of the the Business Law Forum.

Dulaney-Brown previously worked as a law clerk with the Supreme Court of Mississippi in the office of the Honorable Justice James W. Kitchens. 

His office is now located at 914 Grove Street in Vicksburg. He has previously represented clients suffering serious injuries from offshore and admiralty accidents, 18-wheeler and auto accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death claims and other serious injuries throughout Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi.

Dulaney-Brown and wife Louise recently became the parents of daughter Elise Louise Dulaney-Brown.
