Haley Adams, a Vicksburg resident, passed away Saturday, May 18, following a sudden illness. She was 26.

She was a schoolteacher with the Vicksburg Warren School District and a member of King David #1 Baptist Church, where she was the choir secretary.

She is survived by her parents, Eric and Lisa Adams of Vicksburg; her sisters, Erica Adams of Vicksburg, LaShondra Green of Texas, Kasey Poole of Mississippi and Charity Adams of Vicksburg; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Funeral services are to be held Saturday, May 25, in the King David #1 Baptist church at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Chris Lockridge officiating.

Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 24, at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home from 5 until 6 p.m.
