A Vicksburg man said his vehicle was taken at gunpoint early Saturday morning at John Allen Street and Wisconsin Avenue, Vicksburg police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.

Stewart said police were called about 1:15. He said the man told police he had stopped at the intersection, which has a three-way stop sign, when a dark-colored, four-door car pulled up behind him and hit his 2008 maroon Toyota Tundra. When he got out of the pickup to check the damage, he was met by a man pointing a pistol.

While the man held him at gunpoint, the Tundra’s driver said, a passenger in the four-door car got out, got into the pickup and drove off, with the other car following.
