Frederick “Rick” Carter of Vicksburg died June 17, 2015.  He was 49.

Services will  be noon Thursday, June  25, 2015, at  House Of  Peace Worship Church in Vicksburg. Burial will be at Wyoming Cemetery in Newellton, La., under the direction of Beckwith Golden Gate Funeral Home of Tallulah.

Visitation is today from 2 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
