Sandy Manadier Hodge Jr.

Sandy Manadier Hodge Jr. of Texarkana, Texas, formerly of Vicksburg, died Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at his home.  He was 66.

He was born Nov. 30, 1950 in Vicksburg. He graduated from Rosa A. Temple High School, and later attended Mississippi State University.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Louise Hodge; and his son, Michael Hodge.

He is survived by three daughters, LaSandra (Marcus) H. Davis of Vicksburg, Ida D. Hodge and Sondra J. Hodge, both of Texarkana; his father, Sandy M. Hodge Sr. of Tinley Park, Ill.; one sister, JacQueline Walker of Vicksburg; five granddaughters, Jordan and Jalyn Davis, Kennedy Watson, Harlee Sutton and Ava Hodge; and niece, Jessica Walker.

A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday, April 14, at Triump Church in Vicksburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to 1205 Monroe St. in Vicksburg.
