Memorial services for Eddie Lee Jones Sr. will be Saturday, March 17, at 1 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, 406 Klein St., in Vicksburg.

Eddie Jones was a retired custodian for the Vicksburg Warren School District.

He was 71.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Perry and Beatrice Jones.

He leaves to cherish his memory, five sons, Eddie Lee Rollins, Pensacola Fla., Ellis Lee Jones, Vicksburg, Tyree Valentine, Las Vegas, Nevada, Ronnie Valentine and Fredrick Valentine, both of Vicksburg; nine daughters, Jessica McWhorter and Corrine Williams, both of Vicksburg, Johnnie B. (Dennis) Ware of Lancaster, Texas, Elneedie Valentine, Douglasville, Ga., Walneedia (Billy) Dorsey, Vicksburg, Lisa Valentine, Columbus, Neomia Valentine, Dorothy Valentine, Sandra Wesley, Vicksburg; a host of other relatives and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to C J Williams Mortuary Services, 4310 Halls Ferry Road.
