The Lady Flashes’ core team of Burke, Mathews and Doiron qualified for the MAIS Class 4A state meet in the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relays, with alternate runners in the No. 4 spot for each race. Hardaway joined them in the 4x100 to finish fourth ... Houser was on the 4x200 team that also finished fourth ... and Perniciaro was on the 4x400 team that earned a silver medal
The fastest and strongest athletes in Warren County are honored each year on The Vicksburg Post’s All-County track and field team. The team is selected based off of on-track accomplishments, including performance in the postseason, state and district championships, and qualifying marks.
