The Culkin Water District has issued a boil water notice because of a broken water line affecting about 23 customers in the area of 12245-19900 Oak Ridge Road and all of Smithhart Road in Warren County.

Customers should boil their drinking and cooking water vigorously for two minutes before using or find an alternate source of water.
