Guns among items missing over weekend

Four guns and other items were missing Monday following six burglaries reported in Vicksburg and Warren County over the weekend.

At 2 p.m. Friday, a .45-caliber pistol, a .38-caliber pistol and a Dell laptop were reported missing from a home in the 7200 block of Mississippi 3, according to Warren County sheriff’s records.

At 12:40 p.m. Saturday, a vacuum cleaner and a bottle of medication were reported missing from a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer at Riverwalk Casino, 1046 Warrenton Road, Vicksburg Police Capt. Sandra Williams said.

An air conditioner valued at $300 was reported stolen from a home in the 1400 block of Harrison St. at 11 a.m. Sunday, Williams said.

At 9:28 a.m. Sunday, an air conditioner was reported missing from a home in the 3900 block of Mississippi 3, according to sheriff’s records.

At 7 p.m., Sunday an amplifier and subwoofer were reported missing from a 2002 Chevrolet Malibu at Baymont Inn and Suites, 3917 S. Frontage Road, Williams said.

At 5:37 p.m., a 12-gauge shotgun, a .30-30-caliber rifle, a watch and a silver dollar collection were reported stolen from a home in the 100 block of Dunagan Road, according to sheriff’s records.
