Wauline S. Robertson

OAK GROVE Wauline S. Robertson died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2003, at West Carroll Care Center in Oak Grove. She was 85.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Wilson Robertson; her parents, Elva Cameron Smith and Lula Mae Smith; and a grandson.
Survivors include two daughters, Pat Mazzanti of Lake Village, La., and Maxine Broadway of Oak Grove; two sisters, Blanche Lamb of Oak Grove and Clara Guess of Bossier City, La.; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Church of God in Oak Grove with the Revs. Roy Pepmiller and Paul Ninemire officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 tonight at Cox Funeral Home in Oak Grove.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Harper, Doug Ainsworth, Lavelle Brown, L.C. Brown, Danny Gunter, Reece Traylor, Mike Lamb and Colin Curtis.
Knakila D’aunte Taylor
ANGUILLA Knakila D’aunte Taylor died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2003, at Sharkey-Issaquena Hospital. She was 19.
A resident of Anguilla, Knakila was a college student.
She is survived by her father, Charles Jackson of Panther Burn, and her mother, Virgie Taylor of Anguilla.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at South Delta Middle School in Anguilla with L.C. Adley officiating. Burial will follow at Sago Cemetery under the direction of Walker Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Saturday until the service at the school.
Ada Louise Tharpe
DELHI Ada Louise Tharpe died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2003, at River Region Medical Center. She was 91.
Ms. Tharpe was a resident of Delhi.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Baucum Wagner; her parents, James Vernon Franks and Mollie Franks; a brother, Marvin Earl Tharpe; and three sisters, Ida L. Franks, Berniece Spiers and Lola Franks.
Survivors include a son, James Albert Tharpe; a daughter, Pat Martin of Vicksburg; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Delhi with the Rev. Marcus Murphy officiating. Burial will follow at Delhi Masonic Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 tonight at Cox Funeral Home in Delhi.
Pallbearers will be Chad Baucum, Kevin Baucum, Bud LaPrairie, Keith Martin, J.N. Franks and Dwain Tharpe.
Percy Lee Windom
ROLLING FORK Percy Lee Windom died Thursday, Sept. 18, 2003, at Pine Street Medical Center in Rolling Fork. He was 57.
Mr. Windom was a longtime resident of Rolling Fork. He was retired from Friends of Children Head Start Center.
He is survived by five brothers, Joseph Windom, Willie Windom and James Windom, all of Rolling Fork, Allen Windom of Anguilla and Tommy Shainkins of Chicago; and two sisters, Mary Fung of Rolling Fork and Martha Evans of Chicago.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Church of God on Locust Street in Rolling Fork with Minnie Lee Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Ollie Cemetery in Egremont under the direction of Walker Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Harry Adams, Edward Polk and Thomas Pinkins.
