Robert Lee Stevenson

MEMPHIS Robert Lee Stevenson died Monday, Oct. 20, 2003, at Methodist Medical Center in Memphis. He was 50.

A resident of Memphis, Mr. Stevenson was a welder. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Stevenson; and a sister, Dorothy Ann Stevenson.

Survivors include his wife, Jerry Stevenson of LaPlatte, La.; a daughter, Angel Stevenson of LaPlatte; his mother, Classie Lee Stevenson of Vicksburg; a sister, Early Mae Brown of Memphis; three grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

Florence Felix Winchester

LOS ANGELES Florence Felix Winchester died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2003, at California Hospital in Los Angeles. She was 80.

Mrs. Winchester was born in Ashland, Miss.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Winchester; her parents, Pat and Rebecca Felix Stanley; a brother, Roosevelt Felix Sr.; and her stepfather, William Stanley.

She is survived by a daughter, Mary Frances Stewart Rankin of Vicksburg; two grandchildren, Pamela Y. Stewart and Freddie L. Stewart Jr., both of Vicksburg; and other relatives, including Ezella Felix, Verda Lee Smith, Zulene Bell, Britina L. Stewart and Dominique J. Stewart, all of Vicksburg, and Mary E. Felix Thomas, Ruby Shelton and Moneida Derby, all of Los Angeles.

Harrison-Ross Mortuary of Los Angeles has charge of arrangements.
