Annie Christy Perry

DELHI, La. Annie Christy Perry died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003, at West Carroll Memorial Hospital in Oak Grove. She was 90.

Born in Ruston, La., Mrs. Perry was a resident of Delhi, La.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry P. Sullivan; and her parents, James Oscar Henley and Polly Henley.

Survivors include four sons, Neal Sullivan of Glen Burnie, Md., Henry Sullivan Jr. of Fort Myers, Fla., Roy Sullivan of Delhi and Jessie Sullivan of Oak Grove; two daughters, Caludine Wiltcher of Oak Grove and Caroldine Mitchell of Lake Providence; two sisters, Gladys Sullivan of Castor, La., and Rosalie Ballard of Monroe; 24 grandchildren; and 51 great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Cox Funeral Home in Oak Grove with the Rev. Gayle Riles officiating. Burial will follow at Old Ramah Cemetery in Ashland, La.

Visitation will be until the service Friday at the funeral home.

Shashi Nath Tewari

Shashi Nath Tewari died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003, at River Region Medical Center. He was 84.

A resident of Vicksburg, Mr. Tewari was the former magistrate for the British government in India.

He is survived by four daughters, Kusum L. Pandey of Vicksburg and Rajkumari, Kanak and Madhu, all of India; a son, Tapan K. Tiwari of Vicksburg; and eight grandchildren.

Services were at 10 a.m. today at Mark Seepe Funeral Home & Crematorium in Jackson.
