Jessie Davenport

Jessie Davenport died Friday, Jan. 30, 2004, at Trace Haven Nursing Home. He was 79.

Mr. Davenport was preceded in death by his parents, Austin and Betty Davenport; one brother, E.G. Davenport, and two sisters, Laura Turner and Martha Wiggins.

He is survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives, including Marie Davenport of Frankfort, Germany; Azzie Strong and Lula Davenport, both of Vicksburg; the Martin and Flowers families of Utica and the Turner family of Vicksburg.

Dillion-Chisley Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements.
