Leone Frank Kline

Leone Frank Kline died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2004, at Heritage House Nursing Home. She was 92.

Mrs. Kline was born in Memphis to the late Lee and Hannah Rubin Frank. She moved to Anguilla in 1935 and had been a Vicksburg resident for the past five years.

She was a member of Hebrew Union Congregation in Greenville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kline, and a brother, Edward Frank.

Survivors include two sons, Stanley B. Kline of Vicksburg and Philip J. Kline of Anguilla; a sister, Rosemary A. Abramson of Holly Grove, Ark.; and five grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Greenville Jewish Cemetery with Rabbi Debra Kassoff officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Riles Funeral Home.

Family will receive friends immediately following the service at Greenville Inn and Suites.

Christine Flaggs Pittman

Services for Christine Flaggs Pittman will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Utica with the Rev. Douglas Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Rohelia Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon until 7 p.m. Friday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home in Vicksburg.

Mrs. Pittman died Friday, Dec. 3, 2004, at her home. She was 66.

Born in Hinds County, Mrs. Pittman was the daughter of the late B.L. Flaggs and Mary L. Fisher. She was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church. She was a retired cook.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Willie Fisher and Louis C. Fisher, and a sister, Jessie Warfield.

She is survived by nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives, including Patricia Burks, Sharkey Fisher, T.C. Warfield, James Flaggs and Virlean Fisher.
