Ethel Lee Bailey

Ethel Lee Bailey died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2005, at River Region Medical Center. She was 63.

Mrs. Bailey is survived by two daughters, Pat McGee of Jackson and Debra Mitchell Johnson of Muskegon Heights, Mich.; two sons, Gilbert C. Bailey and Bob Davis Bailey, both of Muskegon Heights; seven sisters; four brothers; and other relatives and friends.

Lakeview Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

Robert Louis Caldwell

ANGUILLA – Robert Louis Caldwell died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2005, at Sharkey-Issaquena Hospital in Rolling Fork. He was 65.

Mr. Caldwell was a resident of Anguilla.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Caldwell of Anguilla; two sons, Everett Black of Phoenix, Ariz., and Robert Caldwell Jr. of Dolton, Ill.; and six daughters, Debra Caldwell, Loraine Pope, Valorie Caldwell and Sheila Ford, all of Memphis, Ruby Pree of Kansas City, Mo., and Tabitha Flanagan of Crete, Ill.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Christian Light M.B. Church in Anguilla with Pastor Willie Joyner officiating. Burial will follow at Section Cemetery.

A wake service will be from 6 until 7 p.m. Thursday at Walker Funeral Home in Rolling Fork. Visitation will be at the church from 10 a.m. Friday until the service.

Mary Jenkins

Services for Mary Jenkins will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Mount Heroden Baptist Church with the Rev. L.A. Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1 until 5 p.m. Thursday at Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home and Friday at the church from 10 a.m. until the service.

Mrs. Jenkins died Monday, Dec. 19, 2005, at River Region Medical Center. She was 86.

A native of Fitler, Mrs. Jenkins had lived in Vicksburg for a number of years and was a resident of Covenant Health and Rehab. She was a member of Mount Heroden M.B. Church, where she was a past member of the Senior Choir.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Jenkins; one son, Joseph J. Jenkins; and 16 siblings.

Survivors include four granddaughters, Winnie Jenkins and Avis Jenkins, both of Vicksburg, Denise M. Jenkins of Dallas and Sharon L. Jenkins of Daly City, Calif.; two great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives including Dorothy Johnson, Mary Seaton of Cary and Tina Burns of Chicago.

Johnnie Teresa Taylor

GLEN ALLAN – Johnnie Teresa Taylor died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2005, at River Region Medical Center. She was 79.

Mrs. Taylor was a Glen Allan resident.

She is survived by a son, Burrel Wilks of Velwood, Miss.; one sister, Judy Washington of Chicago; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. John M.B. Church in Palmetto, Miss., with Pastor Simon Price officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery in Palmetto under the direction of Walker Funeral Home of Rolling Fork.
