Pauline Bruce Johnson.

Pauline Bruce &#8220P.J.” Johnson died Friday, June 23, 2006, at River Region Medical Center. She was 60.

A graduate of Temple High School, Ms. Johnson had lived in Vicksburg for 40 years and was a retired cook.

She was on the transportation, hospitality and intercessory ministries at House of Peace Worship Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Anna Tillman Bruce.

She is survived by three sisters, Katherine Price, Phala Nuckolls and Mamie Hunter, all of Kankakee, Ill.; and other relatives, including Dorothy and John Shelby of Vicksburg.

Robbins Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
