The Vicksburg Country Club has never lost the Warren County Cup when playing on its home course.

After Saturday’s first round, the VCC contingent is comfortably in the lead.

VCC won 5-of-7 matches this morning and played even golf with Clear Creek in the afternoon to take an 8.5-3.5 advantage going into today’s final round action. Play begins at 9.

The County Cup matches pit the top players at the Country Club against the top Clear Creek players. The tournament shifts sites each year and since the tournament began, the VCC has ruled the hilly course off Indiana Avenue.
