Willie Mae “Blondie” Smith died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2007, at River Region Medical Center. She was 87.

Mrs. Smith was a member of Travelers Rest Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Augustus and Willie Mae Oziah; two brothers, Herbert Smith Sr. and Sidney Smith; a grandson, Greg Jones; and a great-granddaughter, Shaniya Hill.

Survivors include two sons, Billy Lee Jones and Michael Smith, both of Vicksburg; one daughter, Adriene Sheila Smith of Vicksburg; a brother, James Smith of Chicago; a sister, Johnnie Mae Ashley of Richmond, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends, including Annie Mae Smith and members of the Higgins family of Vicksburg.

Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

Robin Renee Worsley

WILLIAMSTOWN, N.J. — Robin Renee Worsley, formerly of Vicksburg, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2007, at her father’s home in Milford, Del. She was 41.

Miss Worsley attended Williamstown Public Schools in Williamstown, N.J., and graduated in fashion merchandising from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. She worked on the managerial staff for Nordstrom’s Department Store.

Survivors include her father and stepmother, Grant and Donna Marie Worsley; her mother and stepfather, Roberta and Lawrence Lovett; two brothers, Grant Worsley and Lonnie Worsley III; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Triumph Church of Vicksburg on Honeysuckle Lane with Pastor Mike Fields officiating.

Cotton Funeral Services in Newark, N.J., had charge of arrangements.
