Warren County woman jailed on charges of credit card fraud|[04/10/08]

A Vicksburg woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged with credit card fraud.

Lateasha Brewer, 36, 2560 Freetown Road, was picked up by Warren County sheriff’s deputies at 1:15 at Culkin and Oak Ridge roads.

She was being held in the Warren County Jail on a $5,000 bond this morning.

Cash, beer, copper among missing itemsA lawn mower, copper wire, cash and beer were reported stolen in four city burglaries Wednesday and this morning, police said.

At 9:50 a.m., a residential burglary was reported in the 100 block of Pemberton Street. Reported stolen was a Yard Machine push lawn mower valued at $150.

Twenty pounds of copper wire, window siding and three boxes of wallboard nails were reported stolen from a home in the 2400 block of Letitia Street. The total value was listed at $354. Police received the report at 7:45 p.m.

At 7:48 p.m. $90 was reported stolen from a home in the 100 block of Kings Drive.

A residential burglary in the 2300 block of Washington Street was reported at 1:45 this morning. Missing was $18, a package of steaks valued at $20 and a six-pack of beer valued at $4.
