Callie Louise Hendrix

PASADENA, Texas — Callie Louise Hendrix died Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Red Bluff Nursing Home in Pasadena, Texas. She was 86.

Mrs. Hendrix was a native of Blackshear, Ga. ,and a long-time resident of St. Joseph and Baker, La.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Casey J. Hendrix; and a son, James Michael Hendrix.

She is survived by a son, John Casey Hendrix of Deer Park, Texas; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

She was a member of St. Joseph Baptist Church.

Services were Saturday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah with burial at Legion Cemetery in Newellton with the Rev. Ron Flurry officiating.
