A fitness and wellness health fair will be Saturday at Shape Up Sisters on Plaza Drive from 9 a.m. unil 1 p.m. More than 20 vendors representing health and beauty organizations will be on hand.

“This is really meant to educate women about how important their health is and let them know there is a supportive, comfortable place for them in Vicksburg if they want to lead a healthier life,” said the women-only gym’s owner, Linda Fondren. “We want to make it fun.”

Along with the standard blood tests, the event will feature aerobics, yoga and pilates classes, as well as a fashion show, space jump for kids and free health drinks.
