Pet Lab, school clothing among missing items |[07/22/08]

School clothing and a pet dog were among the items stolen in Vicksburg and reported Monday, Vicksburg Police Lt. Bobby Stewart said:

A female Labrador retriever valued at $350 was reported stolen from a backyard in the 900 block of Bowmar Avenue.

An Echo leaf blower valued at $200, a Makita blower valued at $200 and a Homelite chainsaw valued at $100 were reported stolen from a trailer parked in a yard in the 3200 block of Victory Avenue.

An LG cell phone valued at $100, a Cingular BlackBerry valued at $250, a Motorola RAZR valued at $200 and a set of iron, marble-topped end tables valued at $165 were reported stolen in the 100 block of Allendale Drive.

An antique silverware set valued at $600 was reported stolen in the 100 block of Summer Drive.

Assorted clothing, including 16 pairs of khaki shorts, eight red T-shirts, eight white T-shirts and two pairs of Jordan shoes, was reported stolen this morning in the 1300 block of Spring Street. The clothing had a combined value of $144.

Lights, battery missing at U.S. 61 North work site

Two outside lights for a Link-Belt valued at $400 and a 12-volt battery valued at $100 were reported stolen this morning from a construction site in the 10000 of U.S. 61 North, according to Warren County Jail records.
