Aluminum plates were among the items reported stolen in Vicksburg Wednesday, Vicksburg Police Lt. Bobby Stewart said:

About $2,000 in aluminum plates were reported stolen at 7:19 p.m. They were missing from outside a residence in the 100 block of Kings Crossing Road.

A Coleman 6,000-watt generator valued at $1,000 was reported stolen at 11:23 p.m.

It was missing from a residential garage in the 2000 block of Ford Street.

Truck stolen here is found in Jackson

At 11:32 p.m. Wednesday, Jackson Police recovered a 2008 F-150 that had been reported stolen from Rainbow Casino July 15.

No suspects had been taken into custody, Vicksburg Police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.
